Community Guidelines

1. Platonic Interactions Only

• All sessions must remain strictly platonic — no romantic, sexual, or dating-related behaviour
• Do not request or offer services outside Terwase's professional companionship scope
• Respect personal boundaries at all times; stop immediately if either party is uncomfortable

2. Identity & Verification

• Clients must complete KYC verification before their first booking
• Partners must submit valid government ID and pass background verification
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• Do not share government ID numbers or OTPs in chat or messages

3. Safe Meetups (In-Person)

• Meet only at public, well-lit venues — cafés, restaurants, malls, parks
• Never share private home addresses for first-time meetups
• Both parties must check in with a selfie on the booking day via the Terwase app/website
• Inform a trusted contact about your session time and location
• Use the SOS button immediately if you feel unsafe

4. Payments & Escrow

• All payments must go through Terwase — never pay partners directly outside the platform
• Booking payments are held in escrow until both parties check in on session day
• Partners receive earnings only after successful dual check-in
• No-show by either party may result in automatic refund per our refund policy

5. Respectful Communication

• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language
• Do not share private photos, videos, or contact details without consent
• Report inappropriate behaviour immediately via SOS or contact form

6. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

• Warning and mandatory re-training
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balance
• Reporting to law enforcement for criminal activity
